This policy applies to the Sportrik digital product.

Digital products and right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, for digital content supplied without a physical medium, the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost once execution (download) begins with your prior express consent. By completing the purchase and accessing the download, you acknowledge the loss of that right.

Exceptional refunds

If the file is corrupted, unavailable or does not match the description, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
