The Kit is a downloadable digital product (files and guides) for coaches and athletes. It does not constitute professional clinical, medical or psychological advice.

2. Purchase and price

Prices are shown in euros and correspond to a one-time payment, with no subscriptions or recurring charges. Payment is securely processed by Stripe.

3. License

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Kit. Reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing the files is not permitted.

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital, as described in the Delivery Policy.

5. Liability

The Kit is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific sporting results. Use is the buyer's responsibility.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page.

7. Governing law

EU consumer law applies.
